Please be prompt for your appointment as treatment must commence at your booking start time. If you are late you may have the treatment time cut short, yet still be charged for the full session. If you are more than 15 minutes late then the appointment may need to be rebooked and will incur a fee.
If you are unable to attend an appointment please contact us as soon as possible so we can offer the appointment to someone else and to avoid charges to you.
If an appointment is cancelled/rebooked without 48hrs notice a fee of 50% of the treatment cost will be required before booking your next appointment. A no show will be charged in full. You may also be asked to pay a booking fee for your next appointment. This is non-refundable in the event of a late cancellation/no show in the future.
On occasions you may be asked to pay a non-refundable booking fee, this may be for large bookings and at busy times of year such as Christmas and holidays.
